Homehagen provides delivery with GLS or PostNord, and we endeavor to send your goods within one working day. Timely delivery requires, however, that the freight companies comply with 1-2 working days. Homehagen cannot be held responsible for delays with the shipping companies. In the case of very late (several days) or outright non-delivery deliveries, Homehagen will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

We do our very best to ensure that you receive exactly what you have ordered and that it reaches you safely. However, we are only human, and sometimes mistakes can happen, just as our packages sometimes get pretty rough treatment on the road. If you find that what you have ordered does not match what you have received, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 2 days after you have received your order. The same applies if your goods have been damaged during shipping. Naturally, we will then ensure that you are compensated as soon as possible.
Can you pre-order an item?
Popular items are sometimes added to the shop for pre-order and can be found in the 'News' category. If you choose to place a pre-order, we will not withdraw your money until the item has been dispatched (please note that you must choose to pay with a Visa/Dankort). If you order several items together, they will only be sent when all items are in stock. If you want the goods sent immediately, we recommend that you place two separate orders.
In individual cases (usually in consultation with you) we choose to deliver your order in part.
